I spent over 20 years inside the fast-paced corporate food & beverage industry — building brands, leading teams, traveling constantly, and living the “busy professional” life many of my clients know all too well.

From the outside, it looked successful.
On the inside, I saw firsthand how easy it is for health to become an afterthought.

Long hours.
High stress.
Convenience-driven choices.
Little time for myself.

Like so many women, I learned that wellness isn’t just about what’s on your plate — it’s about your energy, environment, mindset, rhythms, and support systems.

That realization led me to study integrative nutrition and behavior change, and eventually to create Pangea’s Plate — a space where real-life wellness meets real-life women.

Certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the world’s largest nutrition school, Lisa is trained in a holistic, bio-individual approach to wellness that integrates nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and behavior change. Her training emphasizes that sustainable health is created through the alignment of daily habits, environment, and overall lifestyle — not just food alone. Lisa applies this integrative framework to help clients implement practical, personalized strategies that support long-term energy, gut health, and whole-body well-being.

Experience

1:1 & Group Coaching | Workshop Facilitation
With 20+ years in the food & beverage industry and extensive experience in integrative health coaching and leading both virtual and in-person workshops, Lisa blends corporate leadership with hands-on wellness expertise. She has worked alongside holistic and naturopathic providers supporting women and families through virtual clinical coaching, and now focuses on helping women implement sustainable nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle strategies to improve gut health, energy, and overall wellness — with structure, support, and compassionate accountability.

CIP

IIN Continued Intensive Practicum (CIP)
Lisa completed the Continued Intensive Practicum through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, an advanced mentorship and coaching intensive focused on real-world client application, clinical coaching skills, and sustainable behavior-change strategies. This training strengthened her ability to guide clients through personalized goal setting, habit integration, and lasting lifestyle shifts. She is currently preparing to sit for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) exam to further strengthen her credentials and commitment to professional excellence in the field.
